1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the S4 Skate Academy website, mobile application, or registering for any of our programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Enrolment and Membership

• Enrolment is subject to availability and approval by the academy management.
• Accurate personal information must be provided during registration. False information may result in immediate termination of membership.
• Membership is non-transferable and valid only for the registered student.
• The academy reserves the right to modify batch timings, coaches, or program content to maintain quality standards.

3. Fees and Payments

All program fees are due as per the schedule communicated at the time of enrolment. Fees are processed securely through Razorpay. Subscription fees are non-refundable once a session or billing cycle has commenced unless otherwise specified by the academy in writing.

4. Attendance and Conduct

• Students are expected to maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
• Respectful behaviour towards coaches, staff, and fellow students is mandatory at all times.
• The academy may suspend or terminate membership for misconduct without refund of fees paid.
• Students must follow all safety instructions given by coaches during training sessions.

5. Liability and Safety

Skating involves inherent physical risks. S4 Skate Academy takes all reasonable precautions to ensure a safe training environment; however, the academy is not liable for injuries sustained during training sessions where all safety protocols have been followed. Parents or guardians of minor students acknowledge and accept these risks upon enrolment.

6. Media and Photography

S4 Skate Academy may photograph or record training sessions and events for promotional purposes. By enrolling, you grant the academy permission to use such media on our website and social channels. If you object, please notify us in writing before the session.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website — including training materials, logos, text, and imagery — is the intellectual property of S4 Skate Academy and may not be reproduced without prior written consent.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate membership with 30 days' written notice. The academy reserves the right to terminate membership immediately in cases of serious misconduct or breach of these terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Thrissur, Kerala.
